Panino con il Lampredotto
Eating a sandwich with lampredotto is an experience to try, better if in good company and with a glass of red wine. It’s a typical dish of the poor Florentine cuisine, symbol of the Tuscan street food. It is prepared with the stomachs of the cow cooked in broth.
